I need to "break the cycle". Please help. - March 7th 2017, 11:13 AM

Ive been bulimic for a little less than a year. I've been to counselors and therepists who tried to help. This all started with depression last year and I was starving myself. Then I was led to binging and purging. My weight was changing and fluctuating a lot and it was emotionally draining.

Lately for several months now, I've been fasting all day then waiting until my parents go to bed and then binging at night when I do all my homework then I'd exercise before I go to sleep. Then I'd sleep for just a few hours and wake up for school and do the same thing. If I just went to sleep when everyone else did, then I'd only have this problem on the weekends. There's no point in telling me to quit fasting all day because there's no way I'll quit doing that anytime soon.

I just want advice for how to get my homework done ahead of time so that I'll be able to sleep early and not "have" to do a workout before I go to sleep. That is my weakness and I need to break the cycle. I love sleep but I just procrastinate with homework and don't get it done until past midnight and I won't go to sleep until I workout to burn the calories.

I'll figure out what I'm gonna do on weekends since that might because tempting to binge as well. But I mainly just want advice or motivation to go to bed earlier.
