I am getting so fed up with myself. So as I have said before I am on weight watchers. Anyways I have lost a lot of weight in mostly a healthy way. But in the begining of summer I started only eating about 10-15 points a day(I'm pretty sure this is okay to be here since it has nothing to do with calories, if not please let me know). But I would eat a lot of fruit. I kept telling myself that I was being healthy and not starving myself, I would tell everyone I know when I am starving myself and I'm not. Well I've come to realize I actually basically am starving myself. Plus for the last two weeks I have been having a really hard time staying on it, and have been saying eff it and eat whatever I want.

I know this may have something to do with the fact that I am in a trauma group right now, and also my moods have been so messed up lately. I just am feeling frustrated. i have a goal to hit by August 19th because it will be a year since I started WW but all I have been doing this week is eating and eating.

I guess I could use some advice but this is also just a way for me to get this out there I guess.

Hello Frankie,

I am so sorry that you are having a hard time with this and I hope that you will be okay soon. You said that you are doing a diet program, when you have completed let's say 2 - 4 days or more, can you try and praise yourself for the couple days that you have completed and then keep moving forward like that. You can get a board and after the day is complete you can put a smiley face on it or a sticker on it and you know that you just
completely another day. Also if you do eat something, please don't beat yourself up or be hard on yourself like that. I know that you are doing a great job and I wish you the best with this. Also can you try calling a friend or family member when you are having a hard day or doing something to get you're mind off of this, going for a walk or music or funny TV shows or movies or anything else that you like to do. Sending you Hugs.
