Hey <3
Ive had anorexia since I was 12, and sometimes I can control it.
But not right now. I feel the less I eat, the bigger I get, and it scares me - people say I loose weight, but I dont believe them.

I have NO idea how I look, cause all I see is fat. Its frustrating not to know what you look like. I order too big clothes.

Im so scared and lost :(
Im trying my best to recover, I really do! But its just hard right now.

I'm sorry to hear you are struggling right now.

Perhaps try writing positive messages on a sticky note and place them in places you're likely to look, such as the refrigerator or the mirror. That way, when you are overcome with negative thoughts, you will read those messages and it will reaffirm that the words going through your mind is false.

I really don't know what else to say. I hope you are speaking with a dietician or a mental health professional.

Hey there,

It really sucks that you are having to deal with all of this. I am really glad that you reached out to us. I hope we are able to help you. I am wondering if you currently have a treatment team you can talk to about your struggles. I think that during my struggles with wellness and recover being able to reach out to my therapist or psychiatrist helped.

Do you have friends or family you can reach out too? When I used to struggle with my eating disorder being able to talk to family helped. I would sometimes eat meals with them because it helped keep me accountable. I wouldn't always mention I was struggling but I would sit with them and talk with them and it would help me get through my meals.

Remember that if you need anything you can reach out to me. I'd be happy to talk with you.
