Hi there.

For the past 6 months, my ED have been really mean.
But I feel like it's just getting worse.
Mainly my calories comes from beer (I know it's not good).

I cant function without walking and exercise.
And it's just SO hard to eat.
The voices are really bad.

I'm embarrassed how much it affects my life.
Sorry for ranting.

Hi Lucy,

I'm truly sorry that you are having a hard time with this right now and hope that you will be okay soon.

I know that it is hard to just open up to someone about what we are going through. We are not sure what they are going to say back to us or we may not be able to get all of the words out to them. Can you try to write a letter to you're boyfriend or a family member or a friend and put everything in it that you are having a hard time with and then but it on the bed so that you're boyfriend can read it or you can mail it to someone and they will be able to read it and then talk to you about it. Or you can send a email or text to them too if that is easier for you.

When you are getting the voice, can you try to get you're mind off of this for a while. Try going for a walk or putting on music or funny TV shows or movies or reading or drawing or calling someone to talk to or something that you like to do and hopefully it will help you to feel a little bit better. I hope that you will be okay soon. Sending you lots of Hugs to help.
