Easter and update ... - April 2nd 2010, 10:23 PM

So its Easter this weekend, and my mum wants me over of dinner - I said I would be, BUT she doesn't know! I got away with not eating last time (a couple of days ago for my sister's birthday) due to a cold - I just told her that I wasn't really feeling like eating cos of it!!

Recently, something has just switched ... I don't want to eat - that's not technically true, I just don't want to eat as much as I used to! Before I go any further on this I'm not looking for anyone to tell me how to hide it from her or anything, I guess I'm just looking for a safe place to rant and put my thoughts down on this.

If she found out the extent of my cold and 'chocolate-free diet' it really would kill her - she already knows about the s/h ... I couldn't do that to her. I feel really low just thinking about dinner on Sunday.

I know I said that I was getting this resolved and I am! It just doesn't go overnight! I spoke to my b/f who has taken it really well almost too well if you ask me! I think I might bring it up at my next therapy session ... but last time I mentioned that I wasn't eating, she said that it was just stress and stuff. I'm trying to get out of this before it becomes something more sinister ... but just seeing food on the plate is off putting!

Thanks for reading guys!

So much for that idea ...

Wow, I had that a while ago. I know well putting food off. Try considering to tell your mum and try it without annoying or making her angry, try something like sending her a text or .. a note to tell her what's been going on.. Or if you like solve it yourself where as you should try to drink water more often it may help with nourishing the body and the mind may become more clearer.

If you need anything else, just PM me. x
