Unhappy I can't find a balance - April 29th 2010, 07:05 PM

I'm always either eating too much that I feel freaking obese or eating so little that I feel like I'm losing weight, but then I almost pass out. I completely hate my body, and after I lost about [Edited:Removing weight figures] (from January to now), I started gaining it back! HELP!!!!

Hey there,

Try to find a medium area. Instead of going from one extreme to another. Try eating six small meals a day, or even three regular size meals. You might also want to talk to your doctor/nutritionist. They can help you find that balance, and they can tell you if you really need to lose weight.

Take care.

I'm in high school, and most teachers don't allow food in their classes. and I know I need to lose weight. I've always been the fat one...

does your school have a Play time/Interval/Morning Tea/Breaktime at like 10.30 AS WELL as a lunch. Because that way you can eat 6 small meals a day, Breakfast, Breaktime (or whatever you call it) Lunch, Afterschool, Dinner and Desert. Although the desert can be fruit or ice cream or something, it doesn't have to be a chocolate mudcake (it can be though!) Then, you will have enough energy to do more stuff. If you actually are overweight, still do your small 6 meals, just make them healthy. But dont ration yourself of the good foods, you wil start craving them and then that will make you feel 10x worse.

we have 8 straight class periods a day with lunch between either 4th and 5th period or 5th and 6th, depending on your teacher.
