So I dont know if I have an eating disorder. But ive always been weird with food. Fat, thin. Fat, thin. and im sick of even dealing with the ups and downs of losing and gaining. Ive barely ate, binged, over exercised, everything. Whats a healthy balance so i can be thin yet maintain it easy and not feel deprived or weak? I love food!!!

How would you describe fat and thin? Maybe these are as it appears to you. Yo-Yo dieting, sounds like what you've been doing, and that is not healthy. I don't know if you have a certain eating disorder, but you should see a professional about it. If you are hungry and want food, that is your body showing you what it needs to fun, so the best way to stay your ideal weight is to eat a blaenced diet when you are hungry, and eat untill you are full but not over full. Look at the food guide pyrimid to see how much of what to eat.

In my experience the best way to fix this is by not restricting your food intake at all when you gain weight... but dont binge either, just try to eat normally, and when you go through that bout where you dont feel as hungry and you start to lose weight, try to eat despite your lack of hunger... not too much but just enough... this helped me balance myself out after 3 years of going up and down on the scale.
