I just binged, and now all I wanna do is purge! I can't think of anything else. I just want to purge. But, my parents are sleeping, and I'm afraid I'll wake them... I just hate myself right now. I'm bloated, my stomach feels full, and I'm alone. WTF is wrong with me?! Why would I do such a mothereffing stupid thing?! Ugh. I feaking hate myself right now.

You are not stupid Megan. Binging happens, especially if you are not eating as you should, or as often as you should. Purging is the automatic response to binging. You are not stupid. Don't be so hard on yourself, we all slip. Hang in there Megan. PM me if you need anything.

you aren't stupid, you feel guilty after binging because you know it's bad for you, but purging isn't a solution. I know how frustrating it is, but you can stop it. It's a cycle, purging just resets it. You're stronger than this.
