I keep searching for help but can never find it. I'm honestly not kidding, I AM fat but I need help to lose weight, Im hoping to lose around a stone in what? 4 weeks? Well I lost [Edited] in 4 days so I don't know but can someone help? I'm lying in bed and feel like I have to keep moving cause if I stop the fat will pile on by the second! I hate food! My friends have all at some point told me I'm anorexic but I'm N O T !!!!!! To prove: I weigh [Edited] but I want to lose at L E A S T [Edited] maybe [Edited] and I need help doing it for going back to school!!!

Its not possible to lose that amount in that amount of time, and by not eating you'll kill your metabolism so when you start eating properly again you will gain it back again and more. You need t make long term changes to your diet and increase your exercise. Not just starve yourself, it won't work. Also depending your height you may well be barely overweight.

Do you know, you can be really overweight and still be diagnosed with Anorexia?As well as many other eating disorders. It's not all about weight. If you want to lose weight, talk to your doctor. They can tell you how to do it healthily, and whether you need to lose weight at all. Rachel is right, by the way. You can't lose weight fast, for one it's not healthy, and for two it doesn't work. If you want to change your life style and eat healthier and exercise, you will loose weight, it will just take a while.

if you're 5'7, then you're barely overweight. I'm 5'6ish and I'm a healthy BMI at only a few pounds under that. So you really don't need to lose that much weight! Just start exercising more and cutting out some of the high fat food and you'll lose weight in a sustainable way. Yes it will take longer, but it will also stay off
