What to do, what to do... - July 24th 2010, 01:32 AM

So, I've developed a little bit of an ed... Like, it's kinda of still in it's developing stages, but I'm trying to stop already, because I KNOW it's not healthy, and NOT something I want to do, but everytime I go on a "diet" it's more like I eat in binges which I purge up, and the things I do eat is maybe like 5 carrot stick and a pear(that's 2 different meals) and like IDK what to do, becuase I do want to lose a little bit of weight before school starts, but I CAN'T do it healthily, because I know I'll just take it too far.

Hey Megan,

Well the first step is knowing that you can't do it healthily. If you want to be healthy, just eat right and exercise. If you eat 3-6 small meals a day, not only will you feel better, but it will take your body out of starvation mode and you will be better able to lose weight if you need to. Always before starting a diet, talk to your doctor. You may not even need to lose weight, and your doctor is the only one who can tell you for sure.
