im back -

i know i havenit been here in a while computer problems blehh
but my ED is back D= its tearing me down and worse than ever its like i cant breath so then i cut to breath then i starv and puke then i cut and ughh then i lose my apitite (iv lost my apitite already) now im starting to obsessivly excersize and ughh its killing me and i have so much going on at home already its hard to deal with all of it....i dont know....im starting to get scuicidal thoughts again...i hate this....i dont know what to do..and i know iv been talking about telling parents yea that never happend i just cant do it............i dont know what to do anymore thanks everyone xoxohaleyxoxoxo |

Haley, you DO know what to do--you need to talk to your parents, or another adult. This is too much for you to deal with on your own; and that isn't because you're weak or incompetent or anything, it's just because EDs are tricky, scary, intense diseases and disorders, and people need support in dealing with them. Plus, if you have a lot of other stuff going on at home, that's likely contributing to your increase in ED symptoms...which makes it even more important to reach out to someone. I KNOW that you can reach out for help; I completely believe in you. It's worth it.

but everyone here is dealing iwth there own problems and i cant throw that on them...i would feel so guilty and selfish like i already do i dont want to burdon someone with this

People are here because they need help, but also because they want to give help. And some people might not be able to help out others if they're dealing with their own issues, but that's THEIR job to tell you. You can absolutely reach out to people. And in your life as well, see if you can find someone, preferably an adult, to talk to. You deserve it, Haley.
