anorexia isnt bad. i use it so i can lose weight, it really helps though i just started at the begining of this summer.. i was doing well but then my brother had this party and i got drunk so...i drank to much and then gained 3 pounds....i had a little break down..i havent lost any of it yet but im trying...does anyone know a way to lose weight fast? i didnt eat today and i walked for 10 hours..usually that helps but im not sure...i should also probably have gotten some sleep. well anyway my point is anorexia isnt a bad thing.. if anorexia is bad then so is dieting.

Anorexia and dieting are not even close to the same thing.
Anorexia is a psychological disorder where you starve yourself to achieve an impossible idea of "perfection."
Dieting is changing the things you eat so you can lose weight in a healthy manner.
