What to do... - August 9th 2010, 08:33 AM

My friend just told me she's trying not to eat. I'm way bigger than her. She says she now feels horrible when she eats, she wants to stop. I'm scared that she will.
I also, and I know this sounds bad, but I've always wanted to purge because I'm so fat.
And like if my freind who is thinner than me is doing something abhout it, shouldn't I? I sound like effed up, but I'm at the point where there is no other option, and my friend going through it too, it's kind of like the last straw.

Just because your friend does it, doesn't mean you have to do it too. No one should starve themself or purge, it's not healthy, for one. If you want to lose weight, talk to your doctor. They can tell you what a right weight for you is, whether or not you actually need to lose weight, and how to do it healthily. There is always an other option, a healthier one. You can lose weight the natural way by eating right and exercising, you don't have to do it unhealthily. Also, don't compare yourself to your friends; you all have different bodies and you all are different, so some of you will be bigger than others naturally.
