blah. this sucks. - August 21st 2010, 05:11 PM

so i know i cant post numbers on here. so i wont. but i used to be like model skinny. and now im average skinny due to binging. yuck. and i feel really fat. but when i was model skinny my hair was falling out and i had no energy but now i feel fat and gross. and what do i do? i seem to binge restrict etc still. and its driving me crazy.

first find out why you want to be model skinny? Most women want to because they feel more beautiful. The truth is, men do NOT find this attractive. Ask anyone. They might like it in a magazine, but a woman like that is not one to take home to mom and dad. There is a healthy medium in weight where you can feel comfortable with your body. Although eating disorders seem like a great way to loose fast, they ruin your life later. You will mess up your metabolism and retain fat faster. You are missing out on so many pleasures in life by focusing on weight. Try to relax. Take a yoga class or buy a DVD. Try every day to feel like the beautiful person you are and focus on everything you like about your self; your smile, hair, sense of humor, loving personality, etc. And most of all BELIEVE that you can overcome this and DO it. Enjoy life my friend
