Question dk wat to put for the tital - February 17th 2009, 05:56 PM

Well i dont rewally know what to say.
I saw a pyciactric nurse today who told me he thinks i have anorexia =[
I am 'apparently' a healthy weight for my age but i just think its a load of rubish. Whenever i go on the scales or look in the mirror all i can see is fat nothing else only fat. I cant excersize because i have this weird thing when i have overdone it and i go blind for about 10 to 20 seconds.
So yeh im just totally confused and messed up about the whole idea.

Hey Meg.
All I can say is that it's great that you at least have support if you are talking to a psychiatrist, I think that will help you out a lot. I'm sure that your doctor will be of much support and help you to get through this. If you voice to her your concerns and worries with this then I'm sure she will be glad to help you out. After all, that's her job. And I promise that you are not alone, because you're definitely not the only one struggling with an eating disorder. Good luck with everything. Keep strong.
