I don't want to die from my eating disorder I truly don't an scared if
it gets worse I might
i cant even imagine the damage I have done to my body through my self destruction an ed an sh an my body still trying
to work an recover an heal
I can't keep doing this to my body
I just can't it deserves a change to heal an be healthy also work right

but I am loosing hope an strentght to recover ed sooo. Intense feels like I'll never feel or get better

You want to recover and that's SO important because when you want something, and want it so bad, you're willing to get nearly everything.
Don't wait for it to be too late, maybe you've hurt, but perhaps you can fix the damage, work for it, as you said your body deserves it.
Maybe you could try antidepressants, these helped me a lot when I was in recovery (I mean, to make me feel better) I promise they won't make you hungry or anything.
Have you tried mechanical eating? It's like you have 5-6 small meals a day (even if you're not hungry!) to make sure your body has food. You'll have energy again, and will feel better.
Also, I'd tell you to exercise a bit, not to burn off calories but to enjoy an activity and it's healthy (and helps you to keep fit).
You know you should gain some weight, right? but you can do it the healthy way, it doesn't mean your recovery team is going to make you pig out, there are diets that makes you gain and keep looking slim
It's important to keep yourself entertained after meals to avoid throwing up, talk with your parents, watch TV, surf the internet, whatever!
I know you can do this, and don't sh, it won't solve anything dear
You can always talk to me whenever you need something, or just some support, I'm no longer recovering but I'm pro-recovery.

Thanks for the kind words an understanding itt helps me feel a bit better an a tinge bit hopeful

yes i'm in consideration for anti depressants an I have done mechanical eating but not really helpful at all to me
but I did feel better
I'm a dancer an excercise alot so I need to cut down on that till body
is healthier in terms of nutrition

thats not enough to do anything. anything. the soup will run right through you, the sandwich will sustain you if you let it. itll b enough to support your body. but not enough that theres gonna b anything left over 2 store as fat.

not quite the same. in excessive amounts it can be bad. but if you have exercised you really really need to keep whatevers n you there, youve prob already worked most of it off, but anything thats left your body could really use

  • after eating and im complaining about urges do try to distract me by moving on to another topic or saying i dont think that talking about the urges will hlp you get better,etc.
  • when im wanting to badly self harm give me some suggestionson stuff to do instead or say i would like you to stay safe so please remove the thing you would plan on using to si away from you or at least hide it so you wont be tempted.

and I get scared when I shake even when not cold

You shouldn't start purging.

Why you shouldnt
-It damages your throat
-It damages your oesophagus [sp?]
-It drains your body of potassium
-It does not help you to lose weight
-It is an addiction
-Your body will begin to think that as soon as food goes in, it needs to come out and when you do try eat normally you will vomit unintentionally
-You will be in extreme pain sometimes
-Your family and people who care about you will be so scared

NOT TO MENTION THE MENTAL MISERY THAT ACCOMPANIES PURGING!!!

There are so many reasons why you shouldnt, it is so not good for you and there are much better, more effective ways to lose weight other than this. Please do not do this you will regret it forever!
