Worried. -

I go to group therapy in school, and I'm anorexic. The social worker that runs group knows I am, but slowly the other girls in group are starting the notice it. One of them noticed a long time ago, and I've talked to her about it a few times, but two other girls noticed today. I don't want them to worry about me because they have enough problems as it is. What should I do to convince them to not worry?

Honestly? Nothing people are going to worry hell once my teacher found out some things about me she has looked at me diffrently and pays a lot more attention to me then others in class. People are going to worry I don't think you can change that at least the care enough to worry.
