Hey there,
Diets can be a really hard thing to stick to. Have you thought about seeing a nutritionist or dietion? They are trained proffesionals that do that kind of stuff everyday. Other then that I would say maybe ask your parents to get rid of or hide all of the junk food in your house, Maybe ask a parent if they want to do the diet with you.
