Hello.. I'd like to help and give some advice.
First of all...it's really great that you came here and told us you have a problem with it, it means you want to change and that you recognize all this junk food is a problem. There are some ways to help with this problems, if you are really willing to take the advice. There are "lower calorie" counted foods you could eat instead, that are some-what junk food. There is good tasting food that doesn't need to be junk food, as well. Cutting down on any pop/sugar drinks, helps a lot. Cutting back on how many chips you eat a weak. Low-fat bread would help as well. Or you can try exercising more if you don't want to quit eating those foods. I'm not saying go on some random diet program, since we all know those are scams, but usually a good amount of exercise and healthier foods helps weight out a good metabolism. To be exact, studies have shown that eating a large breakfast, smaller lunch, and smaller dinner actually help the metabolism and gives your body the right amount of energy to get through the day. If you ever want to talk more about this, I'm here to talk with you. ![]() - Crim ![]() I'm here to help, and more. If you need a hug, I got one. If you need to rant, I listen. If you need to cry, my shoulder is open. If you just need a friend, I am there. <3 If you can't reach me here, feel free to e-mail me or message me on yahoo. ^_^ |

Hey!!
Im sorry to hear you are unhappy about what you eat. Im recovering from anorexia...and I used to have all the willpower in the world. I wouldn't TOUCH chocolate, mum could beg me to eat it but I wouldnt...now she only has to mention chocolate and im in the cupboard But we do need to find a balance somewhere, between eating enough but not too much! And also eating the right stuff. Anything is fine, but in moderation...and bread is actually not that bad, so if you eat lots of bread I wouldn't worry too much! It might help if you stock the cupboards up with healthy snacks, and stock the freezer with frozen veges, and also have lots of fruit on hand. Buy the low-fat options of yoghurt, milk, cheese, butter (opt for margarine - or dont use either at all) Get low calorie soft drink, low calorie juices and even the weight watchers option of your favourite dessert. I love the chocolate mousse...and it tastes like normal chocolate, but (when made with low-fat milk) it has minimal amounts of calories (grr I can't put any numbers up) Fruit is great too, I am absolutely addicted to grapes, pineapple, strawberries and apples in a bowl with low-fat yoghurt on top. I absolutely love it and have been having it for breakfast, lunch and often tea!!! Haha I really really love it!!! Hope you can get this under control, and learn to control your thoughts rather than have them control you
I am a Proud Kiwi =)
