Eating Disorder?

I have some problems eating enough during the day. I've cut back from my original food intake. I figured it would help me lose weight. It has. but i also feel weak most days. I also tend to convince myself that if i eat all three meals and a small snack that i've eaten too much. is it possible that i have an eating disorder??

It's definitely possible, if not entirely probable. I'm not a doctor but I would definitely say that you have an eating disorder. And I would advise that you get yourself help before your eating disorder progresses.

In our recent PSHE lessons. We have been learning about Eating Disorders and how to seek help.
I would probably say you have an Eating Disorder, it is very possible you do.
For help I suggest going to your doctor who will seek further help and tell you where to go next! Also look for websites that could give you advice as well as this one!

I hope this has helped you.

Basically, if you feel the need to ask, the answer is probably "yes."

We can't diagnose you with anything. For that, you really need to see a doctor. If you are feeling weak and dizzy, seeing a doctor would be a good idea anyways. Normal suggestions for eating is six small meals a day (actual meals mind), instead of three large ones. Eating less is okay, if you eat more often. I know losing weight can be grand at times, but really, this isn't the way to go about it. Please seek help now, you don't have to do this alone, and you can lose weight the healthy way, if you need to. Just check with your doctor before, because chances are, you might not even need to lose weight. Hang in there.
