I just accepted it... - December 5th 2010, 03:17 PM

I just accepted the fact I have EDNOS... But now, I kind of feel alone with it. I know people with anorexia and bulimia but I don't know anbody to have been diagnosed with EDNOS... I mean, I have... But I'm the only one. I'm just now accepting the fact I have it/am recovering from it after being diagnosed with it atleast a few months ago... I kinda feel alone right now...

You are not alone. More people have EDNOS than Anorexia or Bulimia. I have EDNOS. EDNOS is an umbrella diagnosis, for those who don't completely fit the Anorexia or Bulimia criteria. Like me. I don't fit the criteria for Anorexia, one of the main ones anyway, so I'm EDNOS, when I used to restrict with the best of them. So, now you know someone else with EDNOS. You really aren't alone. If you need someone to talk to, PM me. Hang in there, Megan.
