Can you tell us why you din't wanna/ or fell like you shouldn't eat anymore?
Everyone needs to eat... If this is like sometype of werid suicide attempt, forget it hun! If you feel like you are fat or something like that... I bet you really aren't and still if you feel that way try to make healthier choices but DON'T STOP EATING!!! It's the WORSE thing you could ever do!!!

We know that you feel this way, but you know that you can't think like that. You're damaging your body and you know you have a problem.

Get in touch with your counsellors again and tell them about your feelings. You obviously need more help than what you're getting.

I have talked to my therapist and all she could say was not a good idea and. Then preceded to tell me the bad effects of that , that's all she said

Have you thought about seeing and eating disorder specalist? My sister is seeing one and she is helping her beat Anorexia and she has most certainly had a positive affect on her. Its something you can talk to your councillor or doctor about.

I believe you want to beat this because you are posting for help and kind of asking for us to help you eat. I know it's hard but you know you have to do it. Everyone is in control of their own actions and responsibility's. You have control over you and sometimes you are going to have to physically force yourself to eat even when you don't want to and when you have these bad feelings. If you keep on doing it, you will get further and further and stronger and stronger. It will be hard, but that's the point, it will help you.

You know just as much as we do that you have to eat.

And thanks for believing in me !!!

She used to be a Ed therapist but now is in her own private practice and she is A pschologist and RN etc
And she makes me eat two granola bars when she knows I have not eaten before appointment .

Firstly, I think you should continue talking to your therapist about all of this and let her help you the best that she can. Has she ever made the suggestion that you get into a treatment center? Continue talking to her and let her know exactly what is going on. The more she knows the better able she will be to help you.

Secondly, the biggest way to battle your eating disorder is to do the opposite of what it tells you to do. Your ED is telling you to not eat so you want to do the opposite of that and eat. Keep telling yourself that your body needs the nutrients that food is going to give it.

I am in outpatient treatment currently and I lost weight recently (few pounds)yes I'm celebrating I lost weight yayyyyy and just by exercising alot abs eating once a day yayyyy

You're not supposed to be eating only once a day. You're supposed to eat 5-6 small meals a day to be eating healthy.

I won't be dead I eat a tiny amount everday
And I told my therapist I lost weight And celebrated and she has not gotten back to me ., Why?

Clearly you need a new therapist, because this one apparently isn't doing anything for you.

You should look into inpatient treatment.

maybe you should ask to change therapisits i thought the idea of a counsellor / therapisit was to help you and let you talk about things not talk at you.
