It sounds like you have not control at the moment , you need to make a regualr pattern of eating (3 main meals) make sure these are substantial to help avoid bingeing.
TRIGGERING This might get removed but it has to be said. Anorexics are not 'Gorgeous' They are sad and broken , and need someway of repairing themselves. Binging can cause health problems aswell , it doesn't nesersaily make you 'gross' , just confuzzeled. You must see a councellor to find out your underlying problems. Stay strong |
