one huge tip eat small amounts because after so long of having an eating disorder your body will not hold down food. well..

I had small amounts at dispersed times
But tummy hurts very much.? - makes me feel like purging why!

You just need to eat small amounts until you're comfortable with eating more. The more regularly you eat the better. It doesn't need to be a lot of food, it just needs to be something, and often. In time you'll be able to eat more and feel okay. Relax after you've eaten so you body can get used to the food you've just eaten, and have time to digest it.

oh i remember going through that. i know it hurts really bad, but you have to just hold it in.

remember to chew well before you swallow (and by that i mean dont swallow your food until it is like a paste) and eat really small meals. if youre still hungry, thats a sign that youre doing well.

AND DO NOT PURGE BY ANY MEANS!!!

also, remember to not just make your meals small, but make them light. soups (low calorie though) and salads are your best bet.
