craving to go back -

about 2 or 3 years about i was sort of anorexic. i only ate about once a day. i wouldnt eat after 7 pm and id make sure that between the last time i ate one day and the first time i ate the next day that at least 15 hours had gone bye. i got over that after awhile and was back to a pretty normal schedule. but last summer i was in a relationship with someone who controled my every move. they were fat and ate all the time and it was never good stuff. it was always fast food and even rho id eat dinner with my family theyd force me to eat a fast food meal with them only like an hour later so i gained aot of weight back. because this person has been out of my life for about 5 months now ive been longing to go back to that. its just hard for me to slip back into it because im in college now and im constantly around people that i dont want to notice that im not eating. so its all so frustrating me that i cant loose the weight again the way i want to do it.

you can lose the weight, but healthy. excersize once a day (maybe take up running or a sport!) and eat five semi- meals a day instead of three large meals. (: if you're confused about the five meals here it is; 1. small breakfast (maybe eggs and toast with o.j?) 2. snack of fruits 3. small lunch (soup with milk?) 4. sandwich with vegetables 5. dinner with meat & vegetables. |
