Im having a hard time keeping in any and all that I eat and sick all the time an freezing all the time but I burp acid alot lately and bad tummyaches after eating . Sighs I hate all food and calories an most of all my body . Help how can I stop attempting to purge?????????

What does you having typos have to do with anything?

And if you're having all these problems that are affecting you so badly, it might be time to find a new counselor that can help you deal with your problems better than the one you have right now.

Tuis when I wass replying to the other thread and she commented on my bad English those were typos an I have apologised to her but she is taking the lesser road it's easier without being judged

You're not going to make me feel guilty by saying things like that. You need inpatient treatment or at least a new counselor, or you're never going to get better.

I'm truly nit trying to make anyone feel anyway and I calm with excercise and I've accepted all this already but not all areas are open for inpatient

Thats probably why I was put on excercise restriction by my doctor an I cant calm faster with anything excercise is helpful for me to calm faster

between the guidelines and advice you are being given about
your ED and your own subjective feelings about your appearance. *
It must be a constant struggle for you.


That's what the trained volunteer helpline person said to me in reply to my hard time with recovery and I find it very true

This is going to sound nasty and tbh I think you need it.

Get a grip of your self, you keep banging on how you have an ed and want to purge and all this, get your self into a hosptial instead of feeling sorry for yourself and taking it out on everyone else. People on here are only trying to help, but if you keep slagging people off and not listening then what is that point in us trying to help you!!

Noone is saying don't ask for help so don't put words into my mouth I'm quite capable of speaking for my self.

What is that point on us trying to help and gve you advice when you throw it back into our faces, stamp all over it, and try to make us feel guilty.

Don't ask if your not going to listen to any of it, or take on board any advice.

And if you are as bad as you say you are then surely you would go to see a doctor or tell your parents so they can hep as feel.

I am in contact with my doctor and do go in for medical exams , I'll try to listen and take advice better and you do have a point, I do have to be distracted from my purging and overexcercising and self pity.

I really did feel the need to to punish me not for show def not for show and sometimes I get frustrated that people don't understand or take something the wrong way
