Do you think there's any way your therapist could talk to your parents and tell them he/she is the one recommending different treatment not necessarily because you're relapsing, but because it'll be more beneficial in recovery? If your parents get you into this new treatment, they don't really need to be involved at all after that. Your 17, and any form of therapy is completely confidential (unless it's residential).
Good luck hon, I really hope you're able to get the treatment you need despite this road block. We all need somebody to lean on <3
