lost control

i feel like im losin control of myself. im in a horrible cycle that won't stop goin round and round in my head. my feelings about my weight fluctuate. i have good days and bad days. on bad days i dnt eat nothing but on good days i eat a little bit of something. i try really hard sumtimes to eat more and giv myself a bit of energy but when i gain a tiny bit of weight i go back into starvation mode again and i end up losing it again. i cnt stick to the idea of having a bit of weight on me
