Just a phase most probs! - January 6th 2011, 02:20 PM

Don't panic. Smiley has not slipped into an ED. She's just a little worried as shen has gone off food right now.
I.e HATES breakfast
Not hungry at lunch
Dinner is dreadful

And no snacks (which she used to lurve!)

She thinks this is a phase and it will pass. She's right huh? She has no negitive thoughts about food , sure she's put on a little weight and wishes to lose it , but that's normal right? She NEEDED to gain weright but now she has it is terrible for her.
Can't post dress sizes but gone up one and want to return to previous.
This is SO hypocritical of her.
Is this because she ateb alot over xmas? Time-of -The-Monthy? whatever right?

My guesses are that either you are sick or you're suffering from post-holiday syndrome :P

Either way, you say that you don't have any negative thoughts about food, so you most likely do not have an eating disorder. But do make sure you have enough to eat and that you don't become malnourished

I dont think it would be a cause for concern right now. However everyone does need to eat 3 good meals a day with snacks in between just to function. In fact on TV the other night it said that you needed[Edited] if you were lying in a hospital bed in a coma (please edit that out if I was not meant to put that - I thought it wouldn't matter as it wasn't like mentioning how many i'd eaten or how many were in a certain food)
Anyway, don't worry too much but you have to make sure you don't lose too much weight, or make sure that once you have lost your dress size dont keep going Stay healthy and keep smiling Smiley
