I can't control mia anymore please help -

Please help me, I used to have compete control over Mia but now I don't! I find myself walking to the bathroom after every meal, feeling compelled to purge but after I regret it, but I feel better inside, but my emotions are fucking up. I'm so scared! People have told me I've lost weight but all I see in the mirror is fat fat fat me, I've gotten to the point where I won't let anyone make me food or I won't eat it unless I've prepared it. Help I'm 15 I don't have anyone to turn to..

I'm just so scared, she was the one thing I could control and now... I have nothing left. All these conditions are piling up on me and I don't have anywhere to go I don't know what I'm asking for but I just want some one to help me get control back
