it may be that you've just gotten into a bad habit of not eating and your bodies just gone so used to it aswell. have you tried speaking to your doctor. you could do with making a meal plan to ease you back into eating food again

your symptoms may be showing signs of an eating disorder. i think that the amount your eating is insufficient, and the fact that you don't think there's anything wrong with that, shows there's something wrong. You should just talk about it to someone like your doctor and discuss a healthy way to lose weight. eating very little will probably lead to not eating at all so its best to stop it before it starts..x
