I've had many different cycles of not eating,bingeing, purging and the like over the last couple of years,but i have been extremely determined to love myself just a little and be better.I have been extremely better, and feel happy for once.
As comes with these problems i have had an Extreme fear of eating in public and around someone i havent known for at least 5 years.This has been a fear of mine since childhood though. This last saturday i broke out of my shell. I went on a dinner date with my boyfriend.Which i have never been on any sort of date involving food before.I feel, for me, this is a rather huge step.if i can do it, then so can everyone else
