is this an eating disorder?
 
A few months ago somthing happened. i had a major depression spell. I started eating all the time. Then a little while later i would feel bad and think about puking but end up exercising it all off and starving myself. Iv started doing it again and i saw a few episodes of intervention with stuff like this. Does this sound like an eating disorder?

usually the rule is 'if you have to ask, the answer is yes'. And yes, thats definitely an eating disorder.

Thanks, it was mainly a fact that I didnt want to admit it so i needed someone else to tell me.

The others are right, you are probably experiencing an eating disorder. However, you're going to want a doctors diagnosis on this. I suggest that you get professional help before this gets out of control. As a former person with an ED, I know how it feels to have one. I can assure you that life will be easier if you get a counselor. I had one, and she made things a lot better.

Thinking of you so much and hope you can get the help you need. It certainly sounds like an ED. I strongly suggest you go to a doctor for a proper diagnosis or find someone who you trust to talk to about it. xx
