Prozac for bulimia? - February 9th 2011, 08:33 PM

Has anyone ever taken prozac to treat bulimia? If so, did it work?

I'm on 80mg of prozac, for depression and to help with my Bulimia.

I have to say, perhaps I'm not bingeing as much as before, but I don't actually think it's very helpful at all, unfortunately... Sorry. <3

I used to be on Prozac for bulimia. It helped me for a little while, but then it stopped helping. i think that it's different for every person. It never hurts to try it though.

I have a friend that is on prozac for bulmia and it seems to help her. You can tell when she hasn't taken it because she will get really paranoid
