Obesity Nightmares -

Almost every single night, I have this reoccuring dream about being obese that scares the living shit out of me. In it, I am always surrounded by food and cannot stop eating. I wake up from the dream this morning to realize that even though I exercised nonstop last night, I still gained weight. I'm now afraid that no matter what I do, I'll just continue to balloon.
Food, weight, and size are all my mind can focus on these days. |
