Idk what to do -

So I only eat dinner. Something small I always say I'm tired or already ate- my parents haven't noticed. I ate under (edited) calories today, I was so proud of myself. My friend noticed. I prented I'm fine with no problem. All I want is to look pretty and drop some weight. I'm starting to think I may have a small problem. Idk. I guess i just some idea where to go from here.

I think you might be anorexic. I only eat dinner and I'm anorexic, so yeah. Is there anything other than wanting to look pretty that influenced your eating habits? Feel free to PM me about any problems

This is a problem because I do see this as being an eating disorder, but I'm no doctor so I can't like diagnose it or anything like that, however I do think you need to talk to someone about this because this can be very dangerous behavior.

I think you should probably talk to someone other than just your friend about the fact that you aren't eating nearly enough. Food is good for you. It's necessary.
I know that it can seem like not eating is a good way to lose weight but it's not, it's not healthy or safe. Try to talk to someone. <3 "yes maddie you are way better than "that great" you are amazing and sweet and i love you so much" <3

If you believe you are overweight and need to go on a diet, go to a doctor/nutritionist who can write up a diet and exercise plan for you. This behavior is not good for you, and will only bring you into a habit you will lose control over, and you'll never see the results you want, only pain. I'm sorry you are not happy with your body at this time, but in the end, you do not want to develop an eating disorder. If you think you already are, go to a doctor, or a counselor, and talk about this. You don't deserve to suffer.

Hey there,
I understand what you're going through. If you want to lose weight, why not do it the healthy way? I have a friend who had an eating disorder, or eating issues rather. She calorie counted, obsessed, etc. But lately she has been doing a HEALTHY diet alongside with exercise. And it's working for her. She tells me that she is losing more weight doing a diet then starving herself. If you want to lose weight, don't starve yourself. Your body will hold on to anything you put in your body and store it as fat. And besides, if your body is starving, it eats away at your muscle before your fat. so really, not eating doesn't work. You'll be a lot happier doing it the healthy way. Also, is there anyone you can talk to about this? Holding it all inside will make you feel worse. Talking about it can be hard, but sooo helpful.
