As hard as it is, try not to focus on the numbers. Obsessing over the scale will only give you one more thing to worry about. Get rid of the scale altogether and try to work on recovering another way. If your parents are in control of what you eat, it takes a lot of weight off your shoulders in a way since you don't have to plan out meals for yourself. It would be good for you to find ways of dealing with the anxiety you feel about eating and gaining weight. Talking to someone in therapy can help, or if you have ways of unwinding (such as painting, yoga, going out for walks, etc) you may find those to work for you. I've also suffered with anorexia nervosa for most of my adolescence. Coming from someone who has been there and back, being at a normal weight doesn't make you fat. If anything, being healthy again is the best thing in the world. Of course, there is nothing to say that you will be healthy once you've reached a normal weight but it is one more reason why you should work towards full recovery, is it not? A healthy body and mind are things worth working for. Make that your goal, and keep in mind how good you will feel once you get there.

Be good to yourself. Take care.
