Question It's Effecting Me More - August 15th 2011, 04:04 AM

I'm really sorry if this is the wrong place to post this
I've had horrid eating habits for the longest time... Many people call it anorexia but if it's true I'm in denial about it Soooo here's my scenario:

So I've heard of girls missing they're periods due to not eating enough. I can't remember all the technical terms for it and such but that's the gist of it. The past two months mines come over a week early and then a week earlier then that, hardly lasting two days. I was wondering if that could be due to not eating?? Once again, sorry if tihs is not where to post this

yes, that is a likely cause of not eating enough, a poor diet, stress, and/or and extreme weight loss or gain

It could be. I would see a doctor.
Periods have many reasons for being irregular, such as hormones, or stress. It's normal for somebody at our age to have irregularity.
However, not eating can cause this. I would see a doctor about both issues, the periods, and not eating. If you're worried about your weight, a doctor (nutritionist) can write you up a meal plan that will help you be at the weight you want the healthy way.
Any more questions, just reply, or message me!
