Muscle aches? - August 16th 2011, 07:47 PM

I've been purging for a few weeks now and I've noticed that mu muscles are always really sore... it could just be from carrying heavy stuff around the house, but I've never felt this sore before. It's mostly my shoulders and neck. Anyone know why this is?

It could be a combination of both. Usually when one purges on an on going bases the muscles that hurt are the stomach muscles.

If you are lifting heavy things the wrong way it could be the reason why.

If you need to talk you can always PM, there are other ways if you are unhappy with yourself other than making yourself sick.

You could be lacking in the nutrients that keep your muscles from getting as sore.
I would see a doctor about the nutrient defenciency, and really consider seeing a counselor about your eating disorder. It's okay to ask for help. I hope you have a great day! Message me if you ever need!
