Hey;
I'm sorry, this is a very serious problem that you're having. If your mom is worried, I think you should go ahead and tell her. That way you can get the help that you need. Counseling is an excellent way to deal with this problem. If you don't get help now, the results could be brutal on your body. You're probably experiencing some of the symptoms as it is right now. Even if your friends aren't going through the same thing, they can still support you and maybe even help you speak with your parents. Help is out there, you just have to ask for it. Best of luck, darling. "Everyone says that love hurts, but that's not true. Loneliness hurts. Rejection hurts. Losing someone hurts. Everyone confuses these things with love, but in reality, love is the only thing in this world that covers up all the pain and makes us feel wonderful again." It is great you've admitted you have a problem, that is the first step to recovery so well done!
Telling a friend is really great! Friends are understanding and can be great support, and remember you don't have to say anything you don't want to! When you've come to terms with this it would be a good idea to tell your parents and get some proffessional help, that way you can start a recovery and be healthy again You're so strong for admitting this! I'm glad you're coming out with your problem, one of the hardest parts of any type of psychological disorder or addiction is admitting you have one.
Telling your mother, and getting you scheduled with a doctor would be the best thing to do. You can't self diagnose, but a doctor can be able to help you understand your issue and be able to get you the help you need, with a meal plan and professional psychiatric help. I hope everything gets better!
