I'm so sorry you've been feeling this way.

Are you talking to any type of professional about this, such as a counselor, or therapist? If you aren't, I would recommend talking to your parents, teacher, or an adult about these feelings about your body. I know it seems scary at first, but you do not deserve to have to feel bad for your entire life because of an image of perfection you want to keep up.

Self harm is not a good replacement to eating, you need to eat. If you are worried that you are overweight, go to a doctor, and get a weight loss plan that is healthy and can help you. Other than that, you do not need to lose weight, and really don't need to be harming yourself in any shape or form. If you ever have an urge to cut, we have our Alternatives to Self Harm page that can help you so much! Many of the grounding mechanisms from this help a lot with eating disorders as well. I would recommend do breathing exercises, and find ways to calm yourself down when you have those self hating thoughts.

Stay safe, love yourself, and remember, you're beautiful. Message me if you ever need.

Aw; I'm so sorry. Cutting and not eating are both extremely negative things that can take a toll on your overall well-being. If you really need to talk to someone to stop yourself, feel free to take advantage of either the HelpLINK or LiveHelp systems available here, and look at that list of alternatives. We want to see you safe and healthy, okay?
Best of luck
