This may sound like a stupid question.

I'm worried because I was gonna get fish and chips for lunch today but I'm worried that it would turn into a binge. Yesterday I thought I had eaten normally and then I realised how much I had eaten. I'm not sure what to do. But I do know that if I stop myself from getting it I'll slip into trying to restrict because I've been swinging from one extreme to the other. I'm not sure what to do. Should I get it and try and just eat that for lunch, or not get it and try and get a healthy lunch? I don't know because I really want it, but I looked up the calorie contents (I wish I hadn't) and now I'm freaking out because I can't work out how to fit it into a healthy day. I want to recover, not binge or starve, but I don't know how.

And by the way, I don't have anyone to share it with, just thought I'd add that.

If you think it will trigger you and cause you to binge, it may not be the best idea.

However, you could just eat a very healthy breakfast and dinner to make up for your lunch? I do that sometimes. In the morning, I sometimes have doughnuts for breakfast, which is very unhealthy, so I will have a very healthy lunch and dinner. You could do something like that?
