Smile Weight loss. - October 5th 2011, 01:06 AM

Ok, so I am thinking of taking tap lessons, and that got me thinking that i really need to get into shape. I'm also trying to keep myself from going back to not eating at all. So what are some healthy ways to do this?

If you are trying to loose weight, then you should know that you have to eat every 2 hours. It helps to keep up your metabolism which burns fat faster. Take little servings each time and eat healthy. Avoid fried and oily food.

Its easier said that done BUT most of the great things wouldn't have ever been done if they hadn't been said first.

Hey there,

I've gone ahead and moved this to eating disorders as I feel it is better suited there. PM me if you wish to discuss this and I'd be more than happy to do so.

As for your question, I'd advise you to eat a healthy amount of food, and keep your diet balanced too. Try to do excersise every day to help yourself keep in shape and fit and healthy. Remember, food isn't your enemy. You're allowed to eat. Just eat the right things and the right amounts.

Good luck,
Hollie.

Hey Tristyn,

There is no healthy way to not eat at all. You need to eat every day, if you are not, it is unhealthy. You actually need to eat to lose weight. Not eating will wreck your metabolism, and make eating very difficult.

Tap lessons are a very healthy way to lose weight if you need to lose weight. I would recommend you go see a professional, such as a nutritionist, if you want to lose weight who can make a healthy diet plan for you that can help you lose weight without losing too much. Along with the tap lessons, this would be such a great way to lose weight the healthy way.

The bottom line is that eating is necessary, and if you are worried about your weight, only a professional can give you a healthy diet plan. Diet plans on the internet are often scams, and often very unhealthy. You also cannot rely on BMI. If you're worried, see a doctor. But the tap can really help a healthy weight loss, along with relieving stress. Good luck!
