Question listt. - October 6th 2011, 09:56 PM

sooo..i am seeing a nutritionist on tuesday because my doctor thinks i have an ED
i was told to make a list of what i eat during a school day (with the times i eat it)
and a list of what i eat on the weekends.
BUT, when like what i eat changes everyday depending on excersize and other meals.

So i don't know what list to give her because i don't know what day i should record what i eat.

[EDITED]

so i mean idk what list to give.

Bring both. Actually, log everything you eat until Tuesday. From the two days you gave examples for I can tell something is off, and more information is always better for nutritionists. I would much prefer you bring a weeks worth of information and them actually be able to help you than you bring only one days and have them not be able to figure out any patterns.

How are you feeling about the appointment? Is this your first contact with ed related help? (I'm guessing so?) If you've got any questions or need support, feel free to PM me. I've had an eating disorder for 6+ years and gone through plenty of treatment, so I should be able to either help out or tell you who can. I wish you luck!

yeah like i went to a doctor who sent me to a therapist who is sending me to a nutritionist because there is a good chance i have an ED and depression..and then from there i have to go to another therapist.

i guess its good..just so hard.
because i went from eating only dinner to that list and its tough.
i still constantly count calories and weigh myself. I've purged only like 5 times in my life but tried other times too.
so i have to just see how it goes i guess.
