Hi friends
 I hate to be posting here. But I'm in a rut, at the moment. I'm losing faith in myself. I'm gaining weight. I'm out of control. I don't want to go back to not eating... to purging... I don't want to go through all that every time I feel like I've made a mistake. At the same time, I can't stand the way I look and feel right now. I hate it SO MUCH. I'd do anything to get out of this fucking fat suit. It's so hard to just... breathe. I know you all are busy and it's hard to think of things to say.... but I could really use some support I just can't do this alone.. <3Thanks in advance

You can do this, you are a strong person at least from what I can tell on TH, and I'm sure you are, it's not easy but you CAN do this. And TH will be there for you every step of the way.

Sometimes, we're going to find ourselves back in a slump. But the best part about that is that every time that happens, you're going to be a stronger person. Amy, I know you. You have drive and will power that's beyond a lot of people I know. You can get through this. I know you can. You don't need to starve and purge to lose weight. You KNOW that doesn't work. Thanks for the support <3 I always know I can count on you guys
 It's just been so hard lately. Probably because of the stress. I'm heading to the gym, as always, hopefully some natural endorphins will kick in. My weight wasn't terrible this morning.... plus I'm going to the cheesecake factory tonight! Woohoo  Just trying to take it one step at a time. |
