I can't! I'm fat!

So I didn't know where to post this so I posted it in two places, but anyway this is how I feel so I would like some advice please I'm sure you'll understand how I feel after reading this poem. Any advice about my situation and what i should do is welcomed please

Title: I can't! I'm fat!

She can't eat cause she's fat
She fights back like a wild cat
Her life is a disaster
She wants the day to end faster

Her family is suspicious*
The food is delicious
What she sees is fatrolls to take
Not a delicious piece of cake

Cheetos are not cheesy
They make her stomach queasy*
The ice cream is not sweet
But a deadly weighty treat

She lays on her back
Wishing for a chocolate pack
Of *m and m's, snickers, and the like*
But the calories take her back

She goes to bed with dreams
that wake her with screams
Skinny is all she wants to be
Not a life of shackles, but free *
