I have already posted here saying that I wasn't hungry.
Well, I might have told something wrong. Here's the whole story. On monday, I woke up and I wasn't hungry, so I went to school without having breakfast. When I was at school I started to feel a bit hungry but I didn't want to eat anything and when I started eating my snack I felt really sick. This went on until today. Today the feeling is much stronger than it was before. I feel a lot hungry but I don't want to eat and when I eat I feel guilty, like I shouldn't have done it. Yes, I do eat something, but really few things. Should I worry? It never happened before, I've always been a girl who loved eating more than anything else! When I'm down, I can't help but cry scarlet tears. Some people believe in God, I believe in Music. Some people pray, I turn up the radio. I never thought a girl could change my life this much, but you did and now I can't let you go. You'll always be the best part of me. I will miss you, T. ![]() |

It's extremely common for people not to be hungry when they first wake up. That's how I am. But as you know, Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Not eating something for breakfast can slow your metabolism throughout the day. Eating breakfast actually jump starts your brain and prepares it for things like school. Even if you're not hungry, try eating something small anyways. What about fruit? Or maybe yogurt, and possible a breakfast bar with it? These are all small things that you can eat that are healthy. I know you don't want to eat, but you really should. Food more or less fuels your body throughout the day, making it so that you're able to function properly. Not eating effects a lot of different things. If you're trying to starve yourself, it's not going to aid in helping you lose weight. Reason being is, anything you DO put into your body will be stored as fat, as your body will think it's starved. And if you don't eat at all, your body will eat away at your muscles as a way to survive.
If you want to boost your metabolism and lose weight.. do it the healthy way. Green tea is a healthy way to boost your metabolism. Eating breakfast is essential for your metabolism. I would consider seeing a doctor about your eating habits. They'll refer you to a nutritionist, possibly, so that they can create a healthy diet for you that you're comfortable with. They will take in account your weight, BMI, muscle mass and height. Also.. exercise. Exercise will help you maintain a stable weight or help you lose weight the healthy way. Please consider seeing a doctor. :] ![]() I was looking for a breath of life For a little touch of heavenly light But all the choirs in my head say, no oh oh |

I want to lose some weight but that's not the way I want to. I mean, before going to the seaside this summer I tried to lose weight by eating healthy things and not exaggerating with sweets and that's what I always do when I see my body too chubby.
I don't know why I don't want to eat anymore and that's what scares me! I have always had breakfast, a good meal at lunch and dinner and sometimes even some snacks. But these days food makes me sick. When I'm down, I can't help but cry scarlet tears. Some people believe in God, I believe in Music. Some people pray, I turn up the radio. I never thought a girl could change my life this much, but you did and now I can't let you go. You'll always be the best part of me. I will miss you, T. ![]() |

Hey
![]() I used to have a similar problem, so here's my two cents. Whenever I woke up in the morning, I wouldn't be hungry, and then when I ate breakfast I felt physically sick. Then anything else I ate for the rest of the day made me feel worse. I fixed it by getting up an hour earlier, because I thought I was just eating too soon after waking up. And now I feel a lot better eating food ![]() Just something to think about ![]() Feel better soon!<3 LiveHelpOperator|TalentCommittee RIP Grandad xxx |
