I think this is just a common reation to being underweight and then a good healthy weight.
I know I was underweight most of my life, just naturally. Then I gained quite a bit in a short space of time and felt fat and ugly. However many good things came from the weight gain, i'm having periods now as I didn't while underweight, look prettier (not gaunt) and fit clothes more easily. It's not an ED, you just want to be smaller again. But trust me we look BETTER with meat on our bones ![]() Any problems just PM me ![]() xx |

It's natural for you to feel bad about a weight gain. Most girls tend to not like it. But that doesn't mean that you are developing an eating disorder. I don't think you should either. If you want to go back to lose weight, bring it up with your doctor. I only say this because you mentioned being underweight, and it might not be healthy to drop back down to that weight. I'm sure a doctor would tell you that the weight you're at now is healthy. Though, I'm not a doctor and I don't know your weight, so I can't be certain. The best thing you can do is maintain a healthy diet and exercise plan. Don't worry about weight gain, dear. As we grow older, our bodies change. You're fourteen, your body is probably taking on a more womanly body. Thank puberty for that :P besides, the poster about me is right.. meat on your bones will always look better. <3
