Places say my BMI is above where it should be... it makes me so mad. I just at least want to be in a healthy weight range.
people say im skinny, but its gotta be out of pity. IM SICK AND TIRED of feeling this way. I havent been eating enough anyway! whyyyy?! Just rise above this

BMI is not the best way to measure whether or not you are overweight. While it is accurate for many, it is not for others. BMI has no way of measuring your bone structure, and whether or not your weight is fat or muscle. If you are worried about your weight, I would recommend you see a doctor. They can take your body fat percentage, and other more accurate tests.

BMI is horrible because everybodys healthy weight depends on their body frame. Don't go by bmi. As the above user, ask your docter. She/he might also give you tips on how to eat healthy so you feel good.

Honestly, dont worry about your BMI. Focus more on your health. As long as you obtain a healthy balanced diet and do at least an hourt of fitness a day then you will be fine .I loveee Paramore

BMI is a very inaccurate way to prove whether you're in a healthy weight range or not. If you want to know if you're at a healthy weight, go see a doctor. At least there they can weigh you, take your height and all that jazz. That's where the truth is.
If you want to lose weight, do it the healthy way. Eat healthy and work out. Because that's far more effective than starving or purging. <3 ![]() I was looking for a breath of life For a little touch of heavenly light But all the choirs in my head say, no oh oh |
