Hi i'm having problems dealing with the way i look, i've always had certain family members that i'm getting to fat so i lose weight and then all of a sudden they say im anorexic. i have always been conscious of my weight but now i prefer not to eat but then i get upset and stressed so i comfort eat and then i hate myself for eating. i cant talk to my parents. they dont understand. i hate being the 'fat' one. i keep looking at cosmetic surgery but the thought scares me. im so confussed. i dont know how to be happy in my own body anymore please help !!

What is happening is not your fault. I am the exact same. Your family doesnt sound very supportive at all and believe me when I say that not eating doesnt work. It just leads to overeating then intense feelings of guilt. I honestly think that seeing a therapist would help a great deal, but it comes down to what your comfortable with. Dont do cosmetic surgery either. It is extremely expensive, painful and I know someone who got liposuction and just gained the weight afterwards. Hun, your beautiful the way you are, I know how hard it is but try your best not to listen to the negative words of your family. I know you cant talk to your parents but there are people here like me who are always happy to help you in any way possible. PM me anytime you need some support xox
